Trump seeks retraction of judge in election fraud case.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that he will seek to recuse the presiding judge and change the venue of his election fraud trial, citing issues of impartiality.

“There is absolutely no way we can get a fair trial from the judge assigned to this ridiculous case,” Trump wrote in a post on his social media accounts on June 6.

“We will immediately move to recuse the judge and request a change of venue outside of Washington, DC,” he added.
