Graton Resorts & Casino announced the promotion of Amy Ellis to Chief Human Resources Officer. Ellis joins the management team of Graton Resorts & Casino with over 19 years of HR experience. As CHRO, Ellis manages recruitment and retention of staff and oversees team members engagement, development, and wellness programs and benefits.

Since joining Graton Resort & Casino as human resources director in 2017, Ellis’ goal has been to provide a workplace that takes care of team members financially and as a whole. Prior to joining Graton Resort & Casino, Ellis served as human resources director at Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds and held human resources positions at Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market, Covenant House and Clark County School District.
Ellis holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Nova Southern University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Nevada University, Las Vegas.
