Park Seo-yeon (Myeongji University) and Yoshimoto Natsuki (Japan) have won the women’s doubles title at the 34th Korea University Tennis Championships .The pair defeated Shin Hye-seo (Korea National University) and Won Ji-hyun (Andong University) 2-0 (6-0 6-2) in the women’s doubles final on day six of the tournament at Yanggu Tennis Park in Yanggu-gun, Gangwon Province, on Thursday. Yoshimoto is also in the final of the singles event, where she will attempt to win her second title of the tournament.
The women’s singles final will be played on Friday between Japanese players Yoshimoto and Remika Ohashi. Yoshimoto is a student-athlete at Tsukuba University and Ohashi attends Keio University. The men’s singles final was a Korean-Japanese matchup .Ahn Seok (Pusan National University) defeated Kohei Hayashi (Japan) 2-1 (2-6 7-6<7-4> 6-4) in the quarterfinals to advance to the final, where he will face Tomoya Fujiwara (Japan) for the title on Friday. Fujiwara, who attends Keio University, is this year’s All Japan Student Championship champion. The men’s doubles team of Park Yong-joon (Ulsan National University)-Jung Hwi-jin 스포츠토토존 (Myungji University) won the title.
