Professional Baseball Kiwoom Begins Second Camp in Taiwan… 6 Practice Games Scheduled

Professional baseball Kiwoom Heroes began its second camp in Kaohsiung, Taiwan on the 18th.

Kiwoom, which held the first camp focusing on physical strength and technical training in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, arrived in Kaohsiung, the site of the second camp, on the 17th. 파워볼

Ten players, including Kim Seon-ki, Jang Jae-young, Joo Seung-woo, Kim Yun-ha, Kim Yeon-ju (pitchers), Lim Byeong-wook, Shin Jun-woo, Lee Jae-sang, Ko Young-woo (fielders), and Kim Dong-heon (catcher), who had been training at the Kaohsiung Future Team camp in Taiwan since the 11th, and domestic players.

Veteran infielder Won-seok Lee, who was training in , joined the main camp.

Kiwoom coach Hong Won-ki said, “The Taiwan camp focuses on practice games.

Players who need to be checked through games are selected first.

This is an important season in which we need to thicken the player base.”

“Most of the players are gathered in Taiwan, so we will check on several players,” he said.

The Kiwoom team is scheduled to play a total of six practice games with Taiwanese professional baseball teams, including the Zhongxin Brothers and Tongyi Lions.
