Golden Entertainment, Inc. announced a definitive agreement with Flat Golf & Entertainment to bring its new 92,000-square-foot golf entertainment destination, Atomic Range, to seven acres of company-owned land adjacent to The STRAT hotel, casino and SkyPod in Las Vegas. The new Atomic Range will be located just north of The STRAT and on adjacent Las Vegas Boulevard.
Under the terms of the agreement, Golden Entertainment will donate seven acres of untapped property to Flight Golf and share the total revenue generated by Atom Range as a lease. Flight Golf will be responsible for all the cost of developing and operating the Atom Range, which will leverage the next generation of technology from Flight Golf to provide an unparalleled experience for players of all ages and abilities. Flight Golf will partner with Century Golf, which manages more than 500 golf facilities worldwide, to operate the Atom Range, which will begin construction in the second quarter of 2022 and be completed by the end of 2023. The construction cost of Flight Golf is expected to be approximately $70 million, with the Atom Range expected to create more than 500 new jobs.
